Grandpa bought it for my cousin who used it to steal from grandpa. He nearly destroyed it so grandpa asked me if I wanted it. Of course I said yes. He had it wreckered to me from Nashville and the title came in the mail about a week later...

Had a ford ranger then a dodge reg cab gas and loved that truck the. Had my f150 and from there really ford was the only way to go for me. Just all around like the styling much better then the chevys until the new 2500's.

F250 over f150 was purely for size and bang for buck. That and I didn't want to deal with broken spark plugs on an 04-07 f150 I could have afforded haha.

But we've had a ford truck since early 90's and loved them old square bodies and just kept going with what I knew and was familiar with.

My dad has owned fords since our company got big enough to where he needed a 3/4 as his daily, he drove around in a little toyota 4x4 22r. given at the time his company was only 5 years old he was still small and bought what he could afford. He had a 76 gmc flatbed the employees drove, we replaced that with a 99 chevy 3500 flatbed, but we traded that for the truck I have now. the gasser flatbed just couldnt handle what we needed it too. My dad has had a 96 f250 4x4 with a 460, a 99 f250 4x4 7.3 and now his 02 4x4 7.3. theyve all been work horses, ive had 2 ranger 4x4s with the 4.0, one auto and one 5sp, 2 f150 fx4 5.4s, one screw and one scab, and now my superduty. Ive just always liked the looks of fords, and now knowing what i know about all my fords performance Im glad thats the route im on.
