Roush PSD Interceptor is on a distinguished road
Default Installed a MBRP 4" Exhaust pics and vids

Installed the 4" MBRP.
Well it took longer than I expected but it's on
and everything is tight.
Drove it into town and not one rattle but I'm checking all
the clamps and clearances later any way.
Fighting the downpipe band clamp took longer than anything.
The factory installed position is in the back so it's hard to get to
and once loosened the ratchet binds into the firewall insulation.

So after trial and error the band clamp kept rotating down instead of up where I could get to it. I made a heavy wire hook that let me pull
it back up over the top. I used my 18V Li-Ion Milwaukee Sawzall
to cut the down pipe off at the bell housing.
Then a cut behind the Walker Big Truck Muffler to remove old system.

Started at the end of the downpipe fitting
pieces together per diagram installation instructions.
Cut the pipe before the muffler delete short about 14".
Started at the tailpipe adjusting and tightening clamps working toward
the front. The downpipe clamp was the last one tightened.

Bent the transmission / passenger floorboard heat shield a little for
clearance issues but not much.

I had dropped the pyrometer sensor fitting down in the engine
fighting the downpipe clamp but luckily found it by the driver's
front tire. Removing the MAP sensor from the top of the A/C
evaporator box made it a lot easier to access the limited space to the downpipe clamp.

Vid of system before removal

Exhaust sound before tear-down.

Out with the old, BTM - Big Truck Muffler by Walker.

Wiping everything down before paint.

Murdered out MBRP

Stock downpipe vs 4" MBRP

Pilot hole for pyrometer fitting

11/64th hole before tapping

Starting the tap

Tight fit

Seated pyrometer fitting

Downpipe and band clamp tightened after entire system under the truck is tight starting from the tailpipe forward

Note band clamp is turned so ya can get to it instead of being against the firewall from factory.
EGT sensor installed, nicked the paint-job, touch up time

Wife shot the after sound vid for me.
