A 17x9 wheel with 5" BS and 0 off set is the look I'm going for. They will stick out maybe tops of 2"...and will still be able to be covered by flares.

If I started going in the negative off set...I have a chance of my tire rubbing the control arm, and I dont want that.

THanks everyone... I will make a thread as soon I get the stuff in and start putting it on!

^^^ Good question...I'm not sure. lol I'm not 100% on this, but I'm thinking stock Dodge 8 lug wheels are 6.75" BS and +12 or 24 off set.

And as far as tires...not sure yet. I don't know if I want 37s or 35s....or if I want an MT or and AT. I'm gonna talk to my tire guy tomorrow

Big'un 03-18-2012 02:58 PM

ik on a ford 5" backspcn aint much at all

Decided to go with Cooper STT tires. 37x12.50... tire guy said he can have them in my the end of the week.

Also order some new trac bar bushings...that will complete my front end build (steering, ball joints, tie rods, stablizers, steering box brace)
